PTO Meetings

The PTO meets every other month, starting in September and ending in May. All Maxey parents and staff are welcome to attend the PTO General Meetings, which begin at 7:00p.m. and are held in the Maxey Multipurpose Room (aka the cafeteria).

Each monthly meeting is preceded by a closed meeting of the PTO Executive Board at 6:00p.m.

PTO General Meeting Minutes

Minutes for PTO General Meetings are available. Draft minutes are usually posted a week or two after the general meeting. Draft minutes are NOT official until approved, typically at the next PTO general meeting.
