Opening Procedures: Welcome and Call to Order
Principal’s Report: Pat Decker spoke briefly about construction updates. The new addition to the multipurpose room will be open very soon. Second grade will be moving into their addition at Christmas break.
Teacher Representative’s Report: Sibyl Gruhl thanked everyone for the delicious meals provide at conferences. Mr. Tebo told us that parts of the mobile computer lab have been trickling in and will soon be in use by the students. Teachers and staff present were introduced.
Secretary’s Report and Approval of the Minutes: The minutes from our September meeting were approved.
Treasurer’s Report: The PTO budget (unrestricted net balance?) is currently $1,662. Please be careful of spending and check with Tina Horn if you have questions.
President’s Report: The PTO is running smoothly and there are no issues. The student directories will be available soon. There is a computer software problem and all names had to be entered by hand.
Old Business: There was no old business.
New Business: We will be hosting an open house night at our Jan. 7 meeting. Please come and tour the new additions and see all of the changes. Refreshments will be provided.
