Maxey has two newsletters with important information regarding school activities:

• The Maxey Messenger, the official school newsletter, sent weekly.
• The Mustang Matters, the PTO newsletter.

How to Subscribe

Both newsletters are sent digitally*, via email as PDF documents. To receive these documents and other school related information, you are requested to "subscribe". You may do this as follows:

Subscribe by sending an email, from the address you want subscribed, to "join-maxey-messenger@lists.lps.org" (without the quotes). The subject and body of the message should be blank.

How to Submit Information for the Newsletters

If you have information for the Maxey Messenger, please contact Melanie Schilousky (436-1153, mschilolpsorg). Information for the Maxey Messenger must be received by the Friday before the newsletter is sent.

Creation of the Mustang Matters newsletter is dependent on input from PTO leaders and members contributing items of interest to the Maxey student body and its parents & caregivers. If you have an item of interest please submit it to mustangmatterslivecom.

Newsletters are available from the 2008-2009 and 2007-2008 school years.

Requesting Printed Newsletters

* Although Maxey encourages you to subscribe to receive these documents and other school news online, Maxey will continue to provide families hard copies upon request. Hard copies can be obtained by notifying Melanie Schilousky at 436-1153. Requested hard copies of these publications will be distributed to "oldest and only" students on Wednesdays.
