Q: Why should I join the PTO?
A: We strongly encourage all parents and faculty to join the PTO. Joining the PTO is a great way for you to show support for your child and to ensure he/she receives the best education possible. You can attend the PTO meetings, volunteer your time for PTO events and support the fundraising events to help educate your children. Your input is important to us.

Q: What are the benefits of joining the PTO?
A: All members will have access to our Maxey Student Directory. Your membership also entitles you to vote at all PTO meetings regarding all PTO business. You may desire to volunteer, and just paying the membership dues helps fund programs and teacher grants which enhance your child's educational experience at Maxey. You also will get emails from the PTO on events and school developments. Perhaps the biggest benefit is connecting with fellow parents and being involved with your student's school.
Q: How do I join the PTO?
A: Memberships may be purchased online or you may return the paper form available from the school.  Simply click on the PTO Membership Tab to complete membership.  Memberships are $20 per household.
Q: How else can I help the PTO?
A:  We will hold several fun events which also serve as fundraisers to help pay for our PTO budget. Volunteers are always needed, and opportunities range from one-time task to regular commitments. If you would like to donate a flat amount to the PTO this year, please utilize the donate button below.
